“First time at the Park Lane Hotel and will not be the last. An upscale hotel doing just about everything on-point. Check in and check out was smooth. Everyone my family and I encountered was super friendly and professional. In fact, all the bellmen/front desk/ staff were genuinely nice. We stayed in a Panaramic Park view room and all i can say is, Wow! Gorgeous accommodation with a spectacular views of Central Park. My family and I, including our two children, would 100% stay here again.”

“Lovely hotel. Was so welcoming to my young son for a special mommy trip and very accommodating. Service was top notch which I didn’t expect given our current state of staffing shortages everywhere and based on experiences elsewhere. Rooms were very quiet and impeccably clean. There is also a great cafe just steps outside the back door which was a nice bonus.”
