So quiet. I almost opted for a different hotel because of this one not having microwaves. I'm glad that I didn't. The room is perfect. Anytime I've encountered employees, they've been very nice and helpful.

O quarto tinha muitos insetos, encontrei 8 aranhas mortas na janela e no chão e 1 viva no meu travesseiro, sem falar que o banheiro é literalmente um 1 por 1. Eles exigiram que usássemos uma máscara, e o café da manhã estava frio e principalmente alimentos sem glúten.

The room had many bugs, I found 8 dead spiders by the window and on the floor and 1 alive one on my pillow, and not to mention how the bathroom is a literally a 1 by 1. They required us to wear a mask, and breakfast was cold and mostly gluten free foods.

Este hotel é mal administrado. Deixe-me começar com o fato de que a Covid concedeu aos hotéis rédea solta para fornecer um atendimento deficiente ao cliente. Este hotel tem todas as cadeiras e mesas empilhadas no lobby para que você não possa se sentar em qualquer lugar (mesmo usando uma máscara). Eu viajo por todo o país e este é o único hotel que observei fazer isso. Perguntei ao representante de atendimento do Costomer se eu poderia pegar uma cadeira do lado de fora para sentar e tomar o café da manhã que eles forneceram. Ele hesitou e disse não, havia um banco do lado de fora. Foi na chuva. A temperatura ambiente estava irregular ... não conseguia esfriar. Poupe uma noite miserável e encontre um hotel mais adequado. Essas pessoas absolutamente não se importam com a satisfação do cliente.

This hotel is poorly managed. Let me preface this with the fact that Covid has given hotels free reign to provide poor customer service. This hotel has all chairs and tables in the lobby stacked so as you are unable to sit anywhere (even while wearing a mask). I travel all over the Country and this is the one and only hotel I've observed doing this. I asked the Costomer Service Rep if I could take a chair outside to sit and eat my breakfast they provided. He hesitated and said no, there was a bench outside. It was in the rain. The room temp was erratic... could not get it to cool down. Save yourself a miserable night stay and find a more suitable hotel. These people absolutely do not care about customer satisfaction.

Estava agendada uma limpeza de quarto e ficou fora por mais de 8 horas. Na volta, não foi limpo. A recepção sugeriu que eu saísse para comer. Paguei por um quarto bem cuidado e ele me disse para sair depois de um longo dia de trabalho. Obviamente, meus interesses não correspondiam às expectativas e isso me incomodou. Não foi possível sentar no saguão por causa das regras da Covid enquanto esperava. Forçado a sentar do lado de fora sob o sol de 90 graus até que eles terminassem. Já mencionei que as mesas com guarda-sóis à beira da piscina também não funcionavam? Não recomendo totalmente este lugar até que sejam feitas melhorias.

Was scheduled for a room cleaning and was gone for over 8 hours. Upon return, it was not cleaned. Front desk suggested I go out and eat. I paid money for a room to be well kept, and he told me to leave after a long day of work. Obviously, my interests did not match with expectations and it rubbed me the wrong way. Could not sit in the lobby because of Covid rules while waiting. Forced to sit outside in the 90 degree sun until they were done. Did I mention that the umbrella tables by the pool also didn't work? Would not fully recommend this place until improvements are made.

Sem queixas. Observações: tomaram café da manhã, bons muffins; não frio. Se você pedir café, eles cobram para o quarto. Serviço de quarto, muito gentil. A piscina não está anexada ao prédio, deve sair para chegar à piscina. (Corredor para passarela ao ar livre) quarto limpo, muito bom. Muito feliz com a minha estadia aqui. (Eu odeio que as pessoas vandalizem o elevador 😒)

Nós realmente gostamos de ficar no Hyatt Place, os quartos são limpos e confortáveis.Esta estadia, porém, tivemos desafios em conseguir uma temperatura confortável para o quarto na hora de dormir. Não tenho certeza se era uma combinação da roupa de cama e do termostato, mas estávamos com calor e / ou frio a noite toda, o que não contribuiu para uma visita muito tranquila.O pessoal, sempre cortês e prestativo, certificando-se de que tínhamos o que precisávamos.

No complaints. Observations : had breakfast, good muffins ; not cold. If you order coffee- they charge it to the room. Room service, very kind. Pool is not attached to the building, must go outside to get to the pool. (Hallway to outdoor walkway) clean, room very nice. Really happy with my stay here. (I hate that people vandalized the elevator 😒)

We really like staying at the Hyatt Place, the rooms are clean and comfortable. This stay though, we had challenges with getting the room a comfortable temperature at bedtime. Not sure if it was a combination of the bedding and the thermostat but we were hot and or cold all night which didn't make for a very restful visit. The staff, always courteous and helpful making sure that we had what we needed.
