“Hotel was decent, rooms weren't nothing to brag on. They were clean and comfortable most importantly, for the price of this hotel I expected a lil more modern updated room I guess. The location was perfect for our trip, everything we was doing was walking distance. I read some reviews with bad rooms, bad service and so on, I can't say I had any of those issues. Still not sure about the 15 a day for parking, especially if you have a lifted 4 door 2500 truck like me it's a real tight squeeze in the back when full.”

“I was traveling with a friend. When we booked this hotel we chose it for the amenities that were offered online. Once we arrived however, NONE of the amenities were available. No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, no bar, and worst of all, no apologies or offers to rectify other than say we could cancel if we didn’t like it. The only thing offered was insanely overpriced snacks and beverages in a room with an alarm. On top of this, the customer service is astoundingly terrible. The woman at the front desk when we arrived acted like we were bothering her by checking in. I can’t even believe how incredibly rude she was. Some of the other employees spent their time sitting on a bench outside the entrance smoking. There was also a whiteboard sign sitting in the lobby warning customers not to ask for anything because housekeeping staff was short handed. I will NEVER book a room here again. What a waste of $200! Eu estava viajando com um amigo. Quando reservamos este hotel, o escolhemos pelas comodidades oferecidas online. Uma vez que chegamos no entanto, NENHUMA das comodidades estavam disponíveis. Sem piscina, sem banheira de hidromassagem, sem café da manhã, sem bar e, o pior de tudo, sem desculpas ou ofertas para retificar, além de dizer que poderíamos cancelar se não gostássemos. A única coisa oferecida foi lanches e bebidas insanamente caros em um quarto com alarme. Além disso, o atendimento ao cliente é espantosamente terrível. A mulher na recepção quando chegamos agiu como se estivéssemos incomodando ao fazer o check-in. Eu nem posso acreditar o quão incrivelmente rude ela foi. Alguns dos outros funcionários passavam o tempo sentados em um banco do lado de fora da entrada fumando.
