“Gave two stars because although the front desk staff was really nice, this hotel needs to do a better job at house keeping. I checked into my room and it very clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine inside the toilet and on the toilet seat, a used dirty bar of hand soap on the counter, and used, dirty towels everywhere. I took pictures and went back downstairs to show the front desk clerk, and she switched my room. The new room was better, but you could tell still had not been cleaned as there was hair on the toilet seat. If the rest of the room isn't clean, I doubt if they changed the sheets. Stop cutting corners and cheating people out of the best hotel experience. People are PAYING YOU to stay here.”

“4 different rooms in a span of 2 weeks. and a problem in every single one. From microwave and phone not working. To water in the shower not draining. To hair in the bath tub. Wet carpet from A/C (mold and mildew) Housekeeping will bust in your room 2-3 hours before required check out time. 3 half pillows for a King size bed. Cigarette burns in sheets of a non smoking room. You get what you pay and you’re lucky if you get that. Only stay if you have absolutely no where else to go.”
