“This hotel nails it on 5 star service. Beautiful location and fabulous facilities but it is the genuine friendly welcome and care that makes it special. All the staff are so kind and attentive with a big shout out to Alla (Guest Relations) and the Activities Team ( Ha, Nu and Poo). Excellent breakfast, superb dining facilities, beautiful infinity pool, well provisioned gym and a wonderful spa. Not to mention the activities which include yoga. Kayaking, paddle boarding and catamaran. A really enjoyable week here.”
