Stayed here after my friends’ wedding. The breakfast in the lobby is not free! I ate my meal then was informed I was being charged $45. That is unbelievable ! All I ate was a muffin and some eggs. Then after spending hundreds of dollars on a room, they have water in the room but it’s $3 a bottle. Stay away this place is a rip off.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa aqui no fim de semana passado. O hotel - lobby, mercado e quartos - é lindo e a equipe é tão adorável. Doug me ajudou quando fiz o check-in. Meu cartão não estava funcionando, então ele me instruiu sobre como fazer uma autorização online para que pudéssemos fazê-lo funcionar. Ele foi tão educado e paciente com o fato de eu estar tornando o check-in mais complicado. E o tempo todo eu gostava de conversar com ele e os outros funcionários da recepção. Ele foi agradável cada vez que tivemos que parar na recepção para validar o estacionamento. A equipe do bar e do café/mercado também foram incrivelmente amigáveis. O tempo todo eu senti como se estivéssemos com amigos. Tudo nele foi ótimo. Eu absolutamente ficarei aqui novamente.

We had such a wonderful stay here this past weekend. The hotel - lobby, market, and rooms - is beautiful and the staff is so lovely. Doug helped me when I checked in. My card wasn't working so he instructed me on how to do an online authorization so we could make it work. He was so polite and patient with the fact that I was making check in more complicated. And the whole while I enjoyed chatting with him and the other front desk staff. He was pleasant each time we had to stop by the desk to get parking validated. The staff at the bar and the coffee shop/market were also incredibly friendly. The whole time I just felt like we were staying with friends. Everything about it was just great. I will absolutely stay here again.

hospedado aqui para um casamento. Experiência maravilhosa geral! A equipe foi ótima. Os quartos eram muito limpos e tinham comodidades incríveis. Minha experiência teria sido melhor se houvesse um restaurante completo, serviço de quarto e café da manhã servido por um pouco mais de tempo. Se não fosse o casamento por perto, talvez não tivesse ficado neste hotel porque é bastante caro, mas foi uma ótima estadia e valeu a pena.

Stayed here for a wedding. Overall wonderful experience! The staff were great. The rooms were very clean and had awesome amenities. My experience would have been better if there was a full restaurant, room service, and breakfast was served for a bit longer. If it wasn't for the wedding close by I may not have stayed at this hotel because it's quite pricey, but it was a great stay and well worth it.

hospedado aqui muitas vezes nos últimos 20 anos e o hotel finalmente atualizado seus quartos - e fez um ótimo trabalho também! Adotando o que parece ser o novo visual do Hyatt, o quarto fica mais limpo e melhor mobiliado. O restaurante é muito bom, a área de lanchonete/bar também. As únicas razões para remover uma estrela são os elevadores e o barulho. Um elevador não estava funcionando em um fim de semana muito movimentado, levando a longos tempos de espera. Além disso, com taxas de ocupação mais altas e famílias / crianças hospedadas nos finais de semana, o ruído ouvido nos corredores e entre os quartos é muito perceptível. Melhor ficar durante a semana do que um fim de semana para viajantes de negócios.

A instalação é linda! Os quartos são muito modernos e limpos!!! O destaque da minha estadia são as luzes noturnas sob as camas! Starbucks no lobby com pequeno mercado foi um salva-vidas para uma pessoa ocupada. Funcionários - receptivos, profissionais e acolhedores.

Primeira vez em Morristown NJ, foram os negócios que me trouxeram ao Hyatt Regency. Hotel 5 estrelas com excelente atendimento e gastronomia, lobby bar com opções de primeira linha. O layout de comida para nossa viagem de negócios, incluindo slides de cheeseburger para lanche, ovos escalfados e hash de milho no café da manhã, frango grelhado temperado e robalo com salada para o almoço, só para citar alguns. Fiquei muito impressionado, a equipe de jantar do hotel remove os pratos depois que você termina para que você possa voltar aos negócios. O estacionamento foi validado para o nosso evento, o que foi bom. Definitivamente um local agradável para fugir ou negócios.

Reservas feitas cerca de 2 semanas de antecedência. Tentei usar descontos AAA ou Sênior (NÃO VÁ PORQUE I WENT TO 3rd PARTY). Preço muito alto, mas necessário para participar do Memorial Funeral. PAGO por Andar Alto (2 Queens) e colocado no 4º Andar. A recepção no check-in estava conversando com todos, menos comigo. Tem o seu 4:45 P.M. teve que voltar para a recepção 3 vezes para verificar no quarto. Tenho quarto às 17h55. Fui ao Bar tinha uma cerveja de pressão $ 7,50 (poderia obter um caso por $ 32). Pergunte sobre o café da manhã (deveria ser fornecido), mas disseram que estavam reformando. O site não informou isso. $ 20,00 para estacionamento em estacionamento conectado ao Hotel. Todos em todos não vai ficar suas expectativas novamente ALTAS Resultados BAIXOS. Essa é apenas a minha opinião. Muito $$$ ficar por 1 noite.

The facility is beautiful! The rooms are very modern and clean!!! Highlight of my stay is the night lights under the beds! Starbucks in the lobby with small market was a life saver for a busy person. Staff - responsive, professional and welcoming.

Stayed here many times over the past 20 years and the hotel finally updated their rooms - and did a great job too!Adopting what seems to be the new Hyatt look, the room is cleaner and better furnished.Restaurant is very good, snack/bar area is good too.Only reasons to remove a star is for the elevators and the noise.One elevator wasn't working on a very busy weekend leading to long wait times.Also, with higher occupancy rates and families/kids staying weekends, the noise heard in the hallways and between rooms is very noticeable.Better to stay during the week than a weekend for business travelers.

Made reservations about 2 weeks in advance. Tried to use AAA or Senior Discounts (NO GO BECAUSE I WENT TO 3RD PARTY). Price way to High but needed to attend Funeral Memorial. PAID for High Level Floor (2 Queens) and put on 4th Floor. Front Desk at check-in was talking to everybody but me. Got their 4:45 P.M. had to go back to front desk 3 times to check on room. Got room at 5:55 P.M. Went to Bar had a Draft Beer $7.50 (Could get a case for $32). Ask about Breakfast (was to be provided) but said they were remodeling. Website didn't let you know that. $20.00 for parking in lot connected to Hotel. All in All will not stay their again HIGH Expectations LOW Results. That's just my opinion. Very $$$ stay for 1 Night.

First time to Morristown NJ, it was business the brought me to Hyatt Regency. 5 star hotel with excellent costumer service and cuisine, lobby bar with top shelf selections. The food layout for our business trip including cheeseburger slides for snack, poached eggs and corn hash for breakfast, seasoned grilled chicken, and sea bass with salad for lunch just to name a few. I was thoroughly impressed, hotel dining staff removes plates after you've finished so you can get back to business. Parking was validated for our event which was nice. Definitely a nice get away spot or business.

Hotel e funcionários são em grande parte ótimos, mas ... cuidado com o ruídoPrós: O próprio hotel foi reformado recentemente. Os quartos são impecáveis com móveis atualizados, acessórios de banheiro atualizados e amplo USB e tomadas por toda parte. As camas são confortáveis, travesseiros agradáveis e toalhas de banho macias e uma quantidade razoável de armazenamento. A equipe também é muito simpática e prestativa. Todos, desde a equipe da recepção até a equipe do Mercado, não poderiam ter sido mais otimistas e profissionais. Parabéns a todos eles.Contras: A recente reforma obviamente não mudou as janelas. Aqueles ainda são finos como papel, o que significava que, para a nossa estadia de sábado à noite, ouvimos cada pedacinho do barulho da rua. Existem alguns restaurantes e bares no bairro, então houve ruído da rua significativo. Muitos gritos e vaias de pessoas saindo dos bares por volta da 1h e 2h da manhã, além do que parecia ser uma corrida de arrancada nas estradas próximas. Vou notar que estávamos no 12º andar, então ser acordado pelo barulho da rua quando você tem 12 andares significa que essas janelas são finas.Informamos a equipe no check-out e eles sugeriram que, se ficarmos novamente, deveríamos pedir para ser colocado em um quarto de frente para uma das ruas menos movimentadas. Talvez isso seja um problema menor em estadias durante a semana, mas se você estiver hospedado em um fim de semana, lembre-se disso.É uma pena, porque é uma propriedade muito agradável.

Hotel and Staff Are Largely Great But...Beware of NoisePros: Hotel itself has been recently renovated. Rooms are spotless with updated furnishings, updated bathroom fixtures, and ample USB and outlets throughout. Beds are comfortable, nice pillows and fluffy bath towels and a decent amount of storage. Staff is also very nice and helpful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Market staff could not have been more upbeat and professional. Kudos to them all.Cons: The recent renovation obviously did not change out the windows. Those are still paper thin which meant that for our Saturday night stay, we heard every bit of the street noise. There are quite a few restaurants and bars in the neighborhood so there was significant street noise.Lots of shouting and hooting from people leaving the bars around 1 am and 2 am plus what sounded like drag racing on nearby roads. I will note that we were on the 12th floor so to be awoken by street noise when you are 12 STORIES UP means those windows are darn thin.We informed the staff on check-out and they suggested that if we stay again, we should ask to be placed in a room facing one of the less busy streets. Maybe this is less of an issue on weeknight stays but if you're staying on a weekend, keep it in mind.It's a shame, because it's otherwise a very nice property.

Excelente localização, a uma curta caminhada de tudo em Morristown. O serviço foi amigável e os quartos são bastante agradáveis - não luxuosos, mas claramente modernos e confortáveis. A única reclamação é que as paredes são muito finas, eu podia ouvir tudo acontecendo nos dois quartos com os quais compartilhei as paredes. Se você não tiver tampões de ouvido para dormir, provavelmente acabará acordando do barulho pelo menos uma vez. No geral, não é um lugar ruim, apenas precisa de uma melhor proteção contra ruídos.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything in Morristown. Service was friendly and the rooms are pretty nice - not luxurious but clearly modern and comfortable. Only complaint is that the walls are really thin, I could hear everything going on in both rooms I shared walls with. If you don't have earplugs to sleep you'll probably end up waking up from the noise at least once. Overall not a bad place, just needs some better sound proofing.
